The Transportation executive is responsible for all transportation to/from the conference and during the conference. The Transportation executive works with Texas A&M Transportation Services. The executive secures fifteen 15-passenger vans for the conference. The Transportation executive is responsible for assigning the committee into van groups that must drive a certain number of driving shifts.
During the year, the Transportation executive stresses safety issues while driving the vans through visuals, videos, etc. The Transportation executive is also in charge of walkie-talkies, and Nextel cell phones, as well as reserving a speaker car.
