The Promotions executive is solely responsible for matching each person on the promotions sub-committee with about twenty to twenty-five prospective schools. The Promotions executive guides the sub-committee and helps train them on how to recruit delegates through various means, such as weekly office hours so that committee members may email and call assigned schools. The goal each year is to register 450-500 delegates for the conference.
