The Programming executive is responsible for the “meat” of the conference. This executive secures 2 speakers, plus opening/closing speakers as well as making arrangements for the speeches, such as decorating the podium. The Programming executive determines which schools will be presenting workshops, designs the questions that are asked during three roundtables, and coordinates delegate-networking socials.
The Programming executive and his/her team will design the speaker, workshop, and roundtable questions. The Programming executive determines the final schedule of the conference. This committee is also responsible for planning the networking socials during the conference.
