Operations

The Operations executive is responsible for various aspects of the conference: shirts, gift bags, nametags, conference binders, large item donations, and sponsorships.  The Operations executive designs committee shirts (one committee, one committee + hosts) in addition to the conference shirts for the delegates.  The Operations executive also secures donations from various companies to fill the gift bags and makes nametags with the COSGA logo and the delegates’ schedules on the back of them.  Each delegate is also given a conference notebook that contains speaker bios, schedules, transportation, and nightlife information.  These notebooks are the responsibility of the Operations sub-committee.
