The Operations executive is responsible for various aspects of the conference: shirts, goodie bags, nametags, conference binders, large item donations, and sponsorships. The Operations executive designs 3 committee shirts (one committee, one committee + hosts, one van driving) in addition to the conference shirt. The Operations executive also secures donations from various companies to fill the goodie bags.
As soon as registration is completed, the Operations executive makes nametags with the COSGA logo and the delegates’ schedules on the backs of them. Also, each delegate is given a conference notebook that contains speaker bios, schedules, transportation and nightlife information. These notebooks are the responsibility of the Operations sub-committee.
