The Hospitality executive plans all lunches and entertainment during lunches.  This involves arranging contracts with the MSC for lunch and any performers, including booking the rooms, and getting any sound equipment necessary. You will also be responsible for breakfasts, and the final brunch.

In addition to lunches, the Hospitality executive secures venues for nightlifes and the entertainment for these.  Again, the Hospitality executive must arrange the contracts for these.  The primary focus of the Hospitality executive is to make sure that the delegates’ needs are always being met and the staff is providing the “Southern Hospitality” that COSGA is known for.
