The College Station Hilton is the official hotel of COSGA 2010. Everyone is STRONGLY recommended to stay at the Hilton during COSGA. Each school is responsible for reserving their own accommodations by calling the Hilton at (979) 693-7500.
All reservations must be made before February 12, 2010. When you contact the Hilton, please be sure to mention that you will be attending COSGA. The COSGA group code is: COSG10. Or just mention that you are attending COSGA 2010 and they should be able to help you. COSGA has a discounted rate at the Hilton!!

Please note that rooms will not be available for check-in until after 4pm on your day of arrival. A waiting area will be available for delegates who arrive before 4pm, but we strongly suggest making arrival times later in the day to decrease waiting time.
